Tara Lundy joined Watson Realty Corporation in February 2009. Prior to this, Tara was employed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta - Jacksonville Branch, from 1988 to 2008, during which time she was involved in budgeting, financial reporting, operations management, and strategic planning. She was also heavily involved in her family's retail hardware business for over 30 years. This experience enables her to bring a unique set of skills to the real estate industry. By possessing a strong business background she is well equipped with the skills necessary to assist her customers in navigating all facets of the buying and selling processes. She has also become highly knowledgable of the real estate industry through her education and experience and ensures that she stays abreast of current real estate trends, such as obtaining the National Association of Realtors' Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource designation. Tara enjoys working with a broad array of buyers, from first time home buyers to seasoned customers desiring to find a new place to call home. She also is extremely familiar with the St. John's and Trout rivers, and enjoys working with customers looking for their dream waterfront retreat in "River City!" For sellers, Tara utilizes a number of creative approaches in partnerng with her customers in marketing their properties to achieve successful sales, and relishes the opportunity to develop unique plans to fit each customer's specific needs. A native of Jacksonville, Tara graduated from Bishop Kenny High School and attended Jacksonville University. In her free time, she enjoys the Florida lifestyle with activities such as boating, fishing, and motorcycle riding.
